Sam is the creative heart behind Keto Royale. From designing the interior and aesthetic to the innovative menu, Sam’s infectious passion is truly woven into everything that she does. With years of experience as an interior designer, entrepreneur and chef under her belt, Sam is always keen to challenge herself and continuously pushes the bar when it comes to finding healthy and nourishing alternatives to culinary classics.
Adam, our operations extraordinare, shares Sam’s passion for food. Having spent many years in New York City working for Conde Nast Traveler and touring both the USA and Europe as a drummer, Adam’s appreciation for a multitude of cultures has equipped him with wonderful insight into cuisine across the globe, crowning him as our Chief menu taster! ;)
